Garner’s Role In Ghost Of Girlfriends Past

In 2009′s Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, Jennifer Garner plays Jenny Perotti a “good girl” that was the childhood sweetheart of Conner Mead (Matthew McConaughey). Conner does not believe in love and when he arrives at his brother’s wedding, that is taking place at his late uncle’s estate; he is intent on ruining the event but he ends up running into Jenny who is working as the events wedding planner. While visiting the restroom the ghost of Conner’s late uncle pays him a visit and tells him that everything he has ever learned about love is wrong and that he will be visited by three ghosts to help him see the error of his ways. In between learning the lesson and almost ruining his brothers’ wedding Connor realizes that the girl of his dreams is closer than he realizes. Ghosts of Girlfriends Past is a fresh take on an old tale, based on Charles’ Dickens a Christmas Carol.

Jennifer Garner’s character is perfect for her, she is smart, quick thinking and beautiful.
